内なる声 — 幸福とは、そして成功とは何でしょう?〜Inner voice — What is happiness and what is success? Vol.2

In the west it is common for people to set what are known as New Year resolutions.

A set of challenges and goals that we think will make us happier; ‘’I want to get a new job’’ or ‘’I want to learn to drive’’ or, “I want to move to a new house’’. Yes, these are aspects of our lives that can lead to happiness and security however there are equally, if not more changes we can make that will lead us to a sense of deep happiness. What we don’t often hear people saying is, “I want to learn to laugh more”, “I want to learn to accept life and be in harmony with Its flow”, “I want to become more compassionate to myself and others”, or “I want to learn to become more grateful for what I have” and other such aspects of mind and nature.

We live in a world full of choices and opportunity, however we can often become overwhelmed and our minds can feel congested and confused. We all have a clear wise inner voice that knows exactly how we can move forward in accordance with nature and the natural rhythms of life. In many ways we have been taught not to listen deeply to that voice within, but to rely instead on the opinions and current values of society. Our logical brains often find reasons and excuses to ignore these inner feelings and to ignore their direction. But if we learn to listen and to trust our own wisdom we then start to live life expressing who we really are.

Many times you have all had an intuitive feeling about a situation, but logic, fear, or anxiety has stopped you following your intuition. You have also probably realised that if you had trusted yourself more things would have worked out better and you would have reached your desired outcome faster.

I am a healer, psychic and a medium and I am very passionate about my work. But I am fully aware that just because I choose to develop these aspects of myself it does not make me more spiritual than anybody else.

Something that is beneficial is mindful awareness, this means to be aware of the present moment.

We all spend much time mentally re-living the past or anticipating the future. We often think of a scenario and imagine how it will turn out, which lead us to daydream of the next scenario, and the next situation and before we realise we have spent a few hours traveling into this false imaginary world. Not only can this be a waste of time but also a waste of emotional energy. So, when we find ourselves doing this if we can just bring our attention back to our breathing this enables us to reset our mind and also to have awareness of our thoughts and to shape them in more productive ways.

Once we realise we have a deep inner wisdom, and we have learned to silence the chatter of our mind, those natural, wise feelings from within will arise at the right time. In time we can also recognise that those thoughts are in tune with the flow and patterns of our life path and by accepting them we can slowly learn to value and trust them more. By doing this more and more we can all start to life the life we are meant to live.

During personal guidance consultations with several Japanese men and women a similar view has been presented. Several clients have come to see me because they are worried they are not following the life path that has been set for them. They are scared that they should be living in a particular way and should have achieved certain things. It is my belief that aspects of this life are pre-chosen and we chose to learn certain lessons and develop in certain ways, however how we choose to do so is up to us. Events in life can happen very unexpectedly and all we can only simply do our best each time. For some clients I have been able to look into their previous lives to help them understand why they’re experiencing certain events within their current life. For each of these clients the message is clear, stop being so hard on yourself and stop telling yourself you’re not living in the correct way. Learn to love yourself and your families, express gratitude for what you have, and be kind to others.

In my workshops I help people to recognise this inner voice and to listen to it more clearly. Some clients come because they want to learn to be happier and some come because they want to develop, healing, psychic ability and or mediumship. We are all different and by learning together we support each other in expressing the light within.
